June has arrived and we are finally witnessing the bursting blooms of Victoria.  So slow to come this year, but definitely worth the wait. The flower beds are beautiful and summer is just around the corner.




 

Julie is a master of combining yarns, and she knit this cardigan using Sublime Tussah Silk and Schulana Kid-Paillettes together in the needle.  It is incredibly soft and luxurious.  She used 4mm needles and this is a size XS (with 2" negative ease).   The pattern is called Comfort Cardi by Hanna Fettig.  You can get the pattern in the store.

Just in.. Art Yarns Cashmere Ensemble Glitter.  This yarn is to die for, and begs to be knit into a scrumptious cowl, neckwarmer, or cosy cuffs.
100% cashmere with a fine metallic thread throughout.




This Aracania Tolhuaca cotton yarn is perfect for summer tops and sweaters.  100% pure Pima Cotton Bottone in 100g balls.  Aran weight 110m.






Nacho is knitting this gorgeous scarf with Sublime's  Cashmere Merino Silk DK.  Beautiful texture, and super soft.



Mike has started a scarf with Berroco's Elqui yarn - 100% Tanquis Cotton, DK weight, 210m.  Interesting color combinations that create a wonderful finished fabric.
